He was predeceased by : his father Tom Strait. He is survived by : his mother Debra Strait; his wife Melissa; his daughters, Lacy and Jana; his sister Jennifer Zimmerman (Kent); his nephews, Cole, Dane Zimmerman, Mitchell and Ryley Novinger; and his niece Chloe Novinger.
