She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Hoy and Martha Hoy (Dockey). She is survived by: her husband Jack; her son Gary Seraiva; her stepdaughter Joyce Erdossy (Martin) of Stafford, VA; and her grandsons, Forrest Erdossy and Joshua Erdossy (Natile). She is also survived by 4 Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Betty's name to the American Heart Association.
