She was predeceased by: her parents, Tracy Myers and Edna Myers (Derrick); her husband Carl Blain; her brothers, Lewis and Gordon; and her son-in-law Woodrow Long.
She is survived by: her children, Debora Long, David Blain (Tammy), Scott Blain, Stephen Blain (Sandy), Cheryl DiBernardo and Milton; and her grandchildren, Bobbie Joe Donovan, Kristy Donovan, Tasha Donovan, Holly Warfel, David Blain II, Tawnie Blain, Tanesha DiBernardo and Joshua DiBernardo. She is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren.
