She was predeceased by: her father Edward C. Fisher; her husband Thomas J. Higgins; and her siblings, Edward S. Fisher, Bruce R. Fisher and Lena C. "Pat" Shaffer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Dorman (Craig) of Millersburg and Tammy Meckley (Scott) of Millersburg; her grandchildren, Brian Meckley (Ashley) of Millersburg, Erin Meckley (Ben Christian) of White House, TN, Katelyn Werner (Kyle) of Connoquenessing and Kelsey Dorman (Caitlin) of Virginia Beach, VA; and her great grandchildren, Charleigh, Lucas Meckley, Rainey Christian, Hannah, Jack and Luke Werner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
