He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alphus Klinger and Helen Klinger. He is survived by: his parents, Chrisann Klinger Fulkroad and Scott Fulkroad; his wife Leisa of Millersburg; his grandparents, Charles Fulkroad of Millersburg and Elaine Fulkroad of Millersburg; and his siblings, Amber Neely, Shannon Chubb, Kristy Warfel and Travis Lenker.
