He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Foltz and Flora Sample Foltz; his wife Jean M. Clark; and his daughter-in-law Diane Foltz. He is survived by: his children, Tona McCartney (Richard), Russell Foltz (Diane), Daniel Foltz, Randy Foltz (Jill) and Paul Foltz (Rebecca); and his brother Earl R. Foltz. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren and many great- and great-great-grandchildren.
