He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Foltz and Jean Mary Clark Foltz; his sister-in-law Diane Foltz; and his mother-in-law Helen Bidwell. He is survived by: his wife Jill Colleen Bidwell Foltz; his children, Michael Yovich (Shannon), Kelsey Scalise and Nathan Foltz (Shelby Craven); his grandchildren, Kayley, Eli, Kaine, Konner and Emmy; and his siblings, Tona McCartney (Richard), Russell Foltz (Diane), Daniel Foltz and Paul Foltz (Rebecca).
