She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Durnell and Geneva Blodgett Durnell; and her daughter Lori A. Dewey. She is survived by: her husband William M. Foltz; her daughter Brenda M. Stelle (Steve) of New Castle, PA; her grandsons, Joshua (Elizabeth) of New Castle, PA and Caleb Stelle (Julie) of Harrisburg, PA; her great grandchildren, Nehemiah Joy, Jacob, Henry and Judah Stelle; and her sister Elizabeth Harmon (Sam) of Reynoldsville, PA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
