She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Reid Prinkey and Cosey May Prinkey; her husband Eugene Work; her sisters, Millicent, Ruth Prinkey and Alma Patton; her friend Helen Crouse; and her daughter-in-law Dana Gill Work.

She is survived by: her children, Sharon Weible (James) of Mill Run, Emerson Work (Pamela) of Cleveland, TN., Marilyn Smith (Scotty) of Cleveland, TN. and Jamison Work of Cleveland, TN.; and her great grandchildren, Luke, Madison Gilbert, Javier, Kal, Gonzalez Work, Miles Marzelli, Dana Kitsmiller and Zoe Weible.
