He was predeceased by: his father Charles B.; and his siblings, Lois Mitchell, Maye Porterfield, James, Darr and Dale Eicher.
He is survived by: his wife Naomi Bigam Eicher; his daughters, Linda Eicher of Mill Run, Sheila Porterfield (Gary) of Mill Run, Marcia Miller (Leroy) of Mill Run and Susie May (Keith) of Mill Run; and his grandchildren, Stacy Boehm (Bobby), Stephanie Pino, Marci Harshberger, Toni Lee Whartenby (Kevin), Andy Porterfield (Kensi), Benjie Miller, Brent Miller (Beth), Daniel May (Debbie), Bethany Owen (Jonathan) and Kelsey Sprowls (Sam). He is also survived by 26 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
