VA.; and his siblings, Erwin Lowdermilk (Dot) of Friendsville, MD., Sam Lowdermilk (Gayle) of Terra Alta, WV. and Nancy Arsenberger (Bob) of Mill Run. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
