He is survived by: his mother Betty Lou Miner Rugg of Mill Run; his children, Steven Rugg (Erica) of Connellsville, Cindy Henry and Todd Fullem of Normalville; his grandchildren, Caitlin Nicholson (Nick), Cody Henry (Leanne), Kate Schultz (Isaac), Hannah, Haley, Jacob, Ryleigh Lowdermilk, James Stevenson, Jr., Alyssa Stevenson and Landinn Porterfield; his great grandchildren, Alaina, Braylee, Carsyn, Dustin, Luke and Parker; and his siblings, Tim Rugg (Denise) of Mill Run, Nancy Rugg and Kathy Rugg.
