He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Hawk and Goldie Hawk (Shroyer); his wife Bonnie (Moon); and his brother Frank Hawk. He is survived by: his siblings, John and Bessie Bowers (Ronald). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many friends.
Due to COVID-19 occupancy restrictions, a private visitation and funeral service will be held with Rev. Samuel McClintock officiating.
