He is survived by: his sons, Adam Rugg (Amanda), Nathan Rugg (Kristin), Wesley Rugg (Courtney) and Aaron Rugg (Kelsey); his grandchildren, Owen, Grace, Braydon, Randy, Kaydin, Kolton, Sadie, Evelyn, Reese and Maggie; and his siblings, Curt Rugg, Florence Williams, John Rugg, Chuck Rugg and Marlene Rugg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
