She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Shultz and Violet Shultz (Basinger); and her siblings, William "Dub" Shultz, Mary Meyers and Jeannetta "Nettie" Richter.
She is survived by: her husband Freman Bittner; her daughters, Cindy Rasor (Tom) and Crystal Bowers Bittner Kunkle (Bryan); her grandchildren, Justin, Kolby Rasor, Deanna and Chelsea Kunkle; and her sisters, Loretta Prinkey (Bob) and Awanda Ohler (Danny). She is also survived by many friends, nieces and nephews.
