He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter H. Shipley and Lauretta P. Anderson Shipley; and his siblings, George, Roger, Frankie and Ruth Ann.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Stroko Shipley; his children, Chris Bryner (John) of Mill Run, Steve Shipley (Jeanie) of Ligonier and Keith Shipley of Everson; and his stepson Ed Stroko (Tina) of Uniontown. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
