He was predeceased by: his parents, Park Heverly and Eva Marie Gardner Heverly; and his siblings, Pauline, Ethel, Russel, Mary, Kathleen, Jack, Kenneth and Harry.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Underkofler; his children, Cindy L. Dauberman (Chuck) of North Carolina, Steven M. Heverly (Deb) of Beech Creek, Daniel W. Heverly (Rachel) of Howard and Judy H. Rigsby of Tennessee; and his brother Park J. Heverly of Jersey Shore. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
