He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William and Hilda Smith of Flemington. He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Rodney and Evie Shaffer of Lock Haven; his significant other Cristy Lehman; his daughter Karizma Conrad of Mill Hall; his stepchildren, Carson and Kali of Mill Hall; his sister Shannon Shaffer (Richonne Johnson); his children, Aviana, Richai and Richonne, Jr. of Williamsport; and his grandparents, Larry, Lonnie Shaffer of Mill Hall, Carol and Robert Fiedler of Rauchtown.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home for the purpose of establishing trust funds for his daughter, Karizma, and his unborn son due in February.
