He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Nihart and Mary Nihart (Miller); his former wife Mary Nihart (Fye); and his siblings, Ruben, James, Thelma Snook, Edna Johnson and Janice Day.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gardner; his daughters, Debra Nihart of Bath, NY, Bobbi Kuhns (Mike) of Williamsport and Tammy Nihart of Mill Hall; his stepdaughters, Debra Morgret of Farrandsville and Brenda Brown of Farrandsville; and his grandchildren, Raychelle, Brooke, Amber and Josh. He is also survived by 2 step-grandsons, 6 great granddaughters and 2 step-grandchildren.
