He was predeceased by: his father Irvin Kennedy; his stepfather William Kirkman; his sisters, Nancy Matter Hill and Delores Mayes; his brother-in-law Charles Miller; and his nephew Rance Miller.
He is survived by: his sister Jeanne Miller of Jersey Shore; his nieces, Sheilah Yohn (Richard) of Reedsville, PA, Michele Baum (Russell), Debbie Crissinger (Robert), Lamar and Jerry Keeler Rocktown (Tony); his nephew Jack Hill Jr. (Janice); and his caregivers, Destiney Phillips, Michelle Treaster, Sarah Black, Glen "Eddie" Taylor, Gabriel Woods and Heather Madle.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Robert's name to Hope Enterprises, 2401 Reach Road, Williamsport, PA 17701.
