With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rickey Neff (Mill Hall, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 10, 2019 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Harry, Joe, Glenn, John, Audrey and Rose.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sam Neff (Brenda), Mike Neff (Bonnie) and Det Snyder; his children, Shelly Neff (Chuck Poorman) of Lock Haven, Tawnya Confer of North Carolina, Tierney Germello (Cody) of Lock Haven, Ricky Neff, Quinton Neff of Johnstown, Pat Neff of Mill Hall and Larry Neff of Lock Haven; his stepchildren, Jason Dampier (Tiffany) of Camp Hill and Jennifer Legg of Georgia; and his wife Lynn Neff. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745 to assist with funeral expenses.
