He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Moore and Dorothy Miller Moore; his brother Ralph "Buck" Moore; his grandson Timothy "TJ" Moore, Jr.; his cousin Dick McKinney; and his stepdaughter Becky Gett.
He is survived by: his wife Trudy Fryer of Mill Hall; his children, Richard Moore, Jr. (Barb) of Avis, Melody Steckenfinger (Karl) of Jersey Shore, Lisa Henry (Ron) of Jersey Shore, Tim Moore, Sr. (Deb) of Lock Haven and Clay Moore (Michelle) of Castanea; his stepchildren, William Coyle (Wendy) of Williamsport, Kelli Chatham (Steve) of Mill Hall and Cathy Leathers of Bellefonte; and his siblings, Georgie Bower (Bill) of Florida and Wilbur Moore (Connie) of Jersey Shore. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; and sixteen step-grandchildren.
