Stover of Lamar; his siblings, Ronald of Arizona, Tom (Elva) of Mill Hall, Steve (Melissa) of Mill Hall and Maryann Butler (Shawn) of Petersburg; his sister-in-law Sandra Stover of Tennessee; and his grandsons, Dylan, Devin, Darian and Zakiyah.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Randy's name may be made to the American Cancer Society through the funeral home.
