She was predeceased by: her parent Samuel Bartee; her former husband Robert Gregory; her children, Melissa Gregory and Tammy Gregory; her stepdaughter Deanna Williams; and her siblings, Dukes, Jeanette, Howard and Joanne Bartee.
She is survived by: her parent Elsie Hyden Bartee; her spouse Dean A. Williams; her children, Vicki Barner (Jim) and Robert W. Gregory (Sherry); her stepsons, Dean Williams, Jr. of Connecticut, Jim Williams (Darlene) of Mill Hall, Jeff Williams of Salona and Scott Williams of Centre Hall; and her close friend Dawn Bertin of Flemington. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Patsy's name may be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
