She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Neff and Mary Mayes Neff; and her siblings, Harry, James Neff and Faye Croak.
She is survived by: her husband Bud; and her children, Tammy L. Butler (Tom) of Loganton, Terri L. Barner (Mark Walizer) of Lock Haven, Rodney L. Barner (Dawn) of Blanchard and Ricky Jo Barner (Joyce) of Mill Hall. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
