She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hevner and Mary Hevner (Anderson); her husband Kenneth L. Dickey, Sr.; and her siblings, Shirley Rishel, Ruth Herlocher, Thomas Hevner, Donald Hevner, Frances Shady, Helen Bowman, Margaret Young, Miriam Hanley, Alice Butler, Ruby Morton and Martha Bowman.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth L. Dickey, Jr. of Mill Hall; her sister Trudy Masden of Richmond, VA; and her niece Sherry Weaver of Marsh Creek. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
