She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Wensel and Sadie Weaver Wensel; her husband James T. Neff; and her brothers, Sterling, Paul, Carl and Walter Wensel.

She is survived by: her daughters, Darla K. Allen of Mill Hall, PA and Barbara J. Hixon of Louisville, KY; her grandchildren, Stephanie Chappes and Wade Hixon; and her great grandchildren, Megan Chappes, Chloe Chappes and Warren Hixon.

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the Lock Haven Salvation Army through the funeral home.
