He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean A. Fetzer and Cora Fetzer (Roan); and his brother Donald "Fetz" Fetzer. He is survived by: his wife Joan Fetzer (Bottorf); his daughter Sherry McGraw (Shawn); his grandchildren, Matthew McGraw (Kristin), Zion and Alyssa McGraw; his brothers, Dean Fetzer (Connie) of Titusville, FL, Richard Fetzer (Joanne) of Chuckey, TN and Mahlon "Buck" Fetzer (Joyce) of Port Matilda; and his friend Donald Spackman (Bev). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Mill Hall United Methodist Church, 212 South Water Street, Mill Hall, PA 17751.
