She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Bullock and Esther Haas; and her husband Dewey J. "Popeye" Smith. She is survived by: her children, Dewey J. Smith (Lorie) of Beech Creek, Kevin L. Smith of Lock Haven, Timothy W. Smith (Mary) of Clarkstown and Ruth A. Bower. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
