He was predeceased by: his parent Boyd Yearick; his children, Don L. Kramer and Darla Ferree; and his siblings, Wilbur, Charles "Buck", Jay, Max, William, Betty Barlow, Evelyn Barner and Violet Walizer.
He is survived by: his parent Mae Kramer Gates; his spouse Thelma Bower; his children, Clair "Bud" Kramer, Sr. (Ellen) of Mill Hall, Cindy Rhine (Larry) of Mill Hall and Michael Kramer (Darlene) of Guyton; his sister Sylvia Weed of Ohio; and his children-in-law, Richard Ferree of Lock Haven and Judy Kramer of Mill Hall.
