She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Kennelley and Mary Dickey Kennelley; her grandparents, Sam and Anna Dickey; and her grandson Nathaniel Cooper.
She is survived by: her husband Tuck Rafter of Mill Hall; her children, Tracy Heichel, Jessica Heichel (Michael Hardy), Jason Rafter (Renee), Norman "Tuckie" Rafter, Jr. (Jennifer) and Jaimee Rafter-Bish (Aaron); and her siblings, Donald Kennelley, Jr. (Karen), Anna Orner (Gary) and Cary St (Michael). She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
