He was predeceased by: his parent Kenneth L.. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy M. Yost Culvey; his spouse Cindy Smith; his stepson David Dickey, Jr. of Blanchard; his siblings, Melvin Culvey (Sharon) of McElhattan and Dorothy Schenck (Richard) of Mill Hall; and his grandchildren, Jillian, Taylor, James, Cayden, Isabell, Emma, Jaelyn, Leroy and Carrah.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Ken's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association as a memorial to his Mother.
