Hoy of Mill Hall, Pennsylvania, born in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 22, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Walter Allen and Betty Allen (Fravel) of Mill Hall; her aunt Dorothy Fravel; her brother Edward Allen; and her husband Samuel Hoy Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Amy Hoy Quiggle, Lori Hoy Bruno (Anthony Jr.) and Samuel Hoy III (Sara); her grandchildren, Courtney Quiggle, Kylie Quiggle, Hunter Hoy and Sophia Hoy; her sister-in-law Glenda Hoy; and her brothers, Robert W. Allen (Ginny) and James Allen (Betty). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
