He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Ruggiers, II and Floreen Ruggiers (Blazina). He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Ruggiers of Lock Haven, Amy Ruggiers of Bellefonte and Cindy Ruggiers of Delaware. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
