He was predeceased by: his sister Nichole Taylor. He is survived by: his parents, Barry E. Taylor and Michelle M. Varga (Rice); his son Addington Taylor; his sisters, Jennifer Ranck of Salladasburg, Jessica Taylor of Jersey Shore and Brandi Santone of Pottsville; and the mother of his child Larissa "Riss" Furl. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial contributions in Jeff's name may be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
