He was predeceased by: his father Jacob Frazier. He is survived by: his spouse Diane Liddick; his mother Ethel Frazier of Lock Haven; his children, Jay A. Frazier (Brenda) of Beech Creek and Julie Frazier (Craig Conti) of Mill Hall; his grandchildren, Brandon Conner, Ashley Wynn (Devon) and Elizabeth Williams (Joe); his great grandchildren, Owen Williams, Jacob Williams and James Wynn; his sister Janice Peters (John) of Lamar; and his brother-in-law David Liddick (Carol) of Lock Haven.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in Jay's name to Camp Cadet in care of Charlie Shoemaker, 720 Coudersport Pike, Lock Haven, PA, or the Clinton County SPCA, 33 Mill Hill Road, Lock Haven, PA.
