Toner (Mill Hall, Pennsylvania), born in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 28, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ruggiers, Sr. and Betty Ruggiers (Knauff); her spouse Glenn Brungard; her grandson Devin Stacey; and her siblings, Greg, Earl, John James, II and Edith Rae Kline.
She is survived by: her former husband John Toner; her son Michael Lee Toner (Debbie) of Mill Hall; her stepson Glenn C. Brungard of Dunnstown; her daughter Nariah Alexis Catherman of Lock Haven; her stepdaughter Brooke Brungard of Lock Haven; her stepgrandchildren, Josie, Gage, Hayden, Domonic, Lillyana and Cora Lynne; her siblings, Jeffery Ruggiers (Jean) of Lock Haven, Jamie Kline (Gay) of Mill Hall, John Kline of Mill Hall, Tina Louise Yothers (Phil) of Beech Creek and Janet Boatman (Dwayne) of Jersey Shore; and her pets, Peyton, Reba and Widdle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews her two pet.
