Phillips of Mill Hall, Pennsylvania, born in Howard, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Phillips and Viola Bechdel Phillips; his wife Margie E. Beaty; his siblings, Larry Phillips and Beatrice Killinger; and his brothers-in-law, John "Bud" Killinger and Bob Beaty.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Phillips of Mill Hall, Carl Phillips (Kim) of Beech Creek, Boyd Phillips of Mill Hall and Neil Phillips (Linda) of Beech Creek; and his sisters, Darlene "Penny" Phillips of Mill Hall and Joyce Beaty of Blanchard. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren with another great granddaughter.
