He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira E. Packer and Mahalda Holt Packer; his siblings, Henry Packer Sr., Phyllis Lynn, Lois McKissick and Elsie McClintick; and his grandson Michael A. Fisher.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela E. Rockey (Gary) of Mill Hall, Carrie M. Packer of Boalsburg, Sherry L. Yarrison (Tom) of Mill Hall and Teresa D. Fisher (Mike) of Mill Hall, PA.; and his sisters, Esther Rauch, Doris Packer, Carrie Packer and Grace Bidwell (Leon). He is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
