He is survived by: his children, Amanda Wian (Scott) of Lock Haven and Connor Tate of Lock Haven; his granddaughter Madisyn Wian; his siblings, Frederick Tate, Jr. and Tanya Daniels (Steve) of Mill Hall; his stepchildren, Lindsay Douglas and Tyler White; his nephews, Brian (Lundy), Doug (Sherri), Jon Daniels and Alex; his niece Rachael Tate; and his significant other Donna Barci.
