She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles From and Sarah Longenecker From; her former husband Earl Quigg; her husband Fred Strouse; and her siblings, Frances Muthler, Ruth Russell, Leonard and Russell From.

She is survived by: her son Allen Quigg (Marie) of Narvon; her granddaughters, Sarah Stauffer (Edwin) of Ephrata and Mary Leininger (Shawn) of Tennessee; and her great grandchildren, Zachary and Lucas Leininger.

Memorial contributions may be made to Lock Haven First Church of Christ through the funeral home.
