He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thomas and Bettyjane Shade, Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas A. Shade, and Tina L. Jerles Shade, Jr. of Mill Hall; his brother Devin Shade of Mill Hall; and his grandparents, William Jerles of Lock Haven and Donna Neese Simmons (Tom) of Loganton. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles; and numerous cousins.
