It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Theresa Marie Tracy (Milford, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 10, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Smith and Joan Smith (MacKinnon); and her daughter Fallon Tracy. She is survived by: her husband Keith Horens; her children, Larissa Yoder (Jim), Christa Modafferi (Brett) and Cody Tracy (Devon); her grandchildren, James, Lydia, Roger, Frank, Ava, Ryker, Morgan, Andy and Pyper; and her siblings, Barbara Eastburn and Jeffrey Bollermann. She is also survived by nieces, nephews as well as a large host of friends.
A Mass will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patricks Church (111 E High St, Milford, PA 18337).
