She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Miller (Joseph) of Whately, MA, Joan Halbach (Ken) of The Villages, FL, Charles Lentz (Chris) of Bethlehem, PA, Robert Smith (Lisa) of Sparrowbush, NY and Joseph Lentz (Dina) of East Stroudsburg, PA; her grandchildren, James Lentz (Sam), Joshua Lentz, Brittany Smith, Brenton Smith (Crystal), Chase Lentz and Wyatt Lentz; her great grandchild Austin Lentz; and her siblings, Russell Smith, Ella Belleman and Mary Young.
