With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Kulak of Milford, Pennsylvania, born in Goshen, New York, who passed away on January 16, 2021 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mildred Kulak to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Leinweber and Sophie Paffenroth Leinweber; her husband John Kulak; her children, John Kulak Jr. and Linda Czubak; and her brothers, James and Richard Leinweber.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Alsdorf (Harvey), Debbie Romer (Billy) and Gary Kulak (Melissa); her son-in-law Richard Czubak; her grandchildren, Zachary, Dylan Czubak, Justin, Sara, Ryan Alsdorf, Kris, Katrina, Trevis Romer, Charlotte and Tara Kulak; and her sisters, Lilian Eurich and Ruth Ann Higgins (Andrew). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions and guidelines set forth from the state face coverings are required and the number of visitors allowed in the funeral home and the church are limited so we ask that those that may have to wait to enter please follow social distancing guidelines.
