She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis O'Sullivan and Delia O'Sullivan (Maloney); and her brother Michael O'Sullivan. She is survived by: her nephew Vincent O'Sullivan; her sister-in-law Carol O'Sullivan; and her caregivers, Linda, Michael Masseria, Deanna and John Margiore.
