She was predeceased by: her parents, John Adamo and Anna Adamo (Staffoli); her husband Mark Levy; her parents-in-law, Joseph and Esther Levy; and her brother-in-law Richard Arthur Levy.
She is survived by: her children, Karyn Gouger (Christopher), Andrew Levy (Deanna) and Elayna Levy; her siblings, Vincent Adamo (Debra), Jayne Aidala and Laura Dustin; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Emily, Ethan, Taylor and Justin; and her nieces and nephews, Joshua, David, John (Ashley), Sarah (Paul), Rachele, Aimee (Tom) and Chris.
