He is survived by: his children, Dominick St. Onge, JoAnne Mady, Sandra St. Onge (Carl) and Linda Kuehn (Wayne); his grandson Nicholas Mady, Jr. (Samantha); his great grandchildren, Bentley and Luke; his grandson Brian Mady (Brittany); his great grandchild Hayley; his granddaughter Samantha Hudson (Richard); his great grandchildren, Reece, Emilia and Arlo; his grandchildren, Stanley Dutkus III, Hannah Thompson and Hayden Thompson; his sister Nicole St. Onge; and his close friend Mae Bittner.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to donors' local Fire Department.
