He was predeceased by: his parents, John Burnham and Sarah Burnham (Ruske); his brothers, Roger and Robert; and his nephew Thomas.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Margaret Burnham, Patricia Fowler, Robert Burnham and John Burnham.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Patrick's Church instead of flowers.
