He is survived by: his wife Denise Vaughan (Dominguez); his children, Lorraine Gallagher, Deborah Vaughan, Samantha Vaughan and Timothy Vaughan; and his grandchildren, Kelsey, Hanna, Anthony, Matthew, Austin, Kaitlyn, Timothy and Benjamin.
